Pertemps Scotland are looking to recruit a Faculty Administrator with Higher Education experience for a temporary assignment in Stirling.
The successful applicant will be expected to support the delivery of an outstanding student experience, organise complex information promptly and have an up to date knowledge of current policies relating to Higher Education.
Key Duties -
Management, coordination and delivery of services supporting the student experience.
Operationally lead the analysis of student data to support operational planning.
To lead the Faculty quality assurance processes and risk management planning.
To supervise and develop professional support staff within the Faculty.
Manage and progress the student lifecycle administration within the department.
Support the Head of Division to manage academic achieving success and workload planning.
Support the Head of Division with resource planning and the preparation of teaching assistants within departmental budget.
Oversee the development of teaching and exam timetables.
To provide assistance with event planning.
Required Experience -
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Managing and developing staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
Have a flexible approach to work and be prepared to work non-standard hours on occasion.
This is a temporary vacancy required until the end of June 2019.
The rate is £14.02 per hour, based on a 36 hour working week.
