Pertemps Language Division is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Assistant with fluency in Spanish for our Lanarkshire based client.
This is a temporary to permanent position, with a salary of £19,000 per annum. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 4.00pm.
The Customer Services Assistant is responsible for managing the relationship with channel customers on a daily basis. Contact will be via the telephone, taking customer calls and handling them in an appropriate manner.
The main responsibilities include:
" To take individual responsibility for a dedicated number of customers within the Team channel
" To deal with customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
" Dealing with incoming calls, emails and faxes
" To handle and resolve customer complaints
" To follow up customer orders with internal departments on time and update customers proactively
" To update customer details on internal systems
Key skills required:
" Fluency in Spanish with excellent business English
" Preferably a fluency in Italian also
" Proven Experience within a customer/administration role
" Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
" Have proven ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
" Attention to detail and accuracy
" Experience with SAP preferable
