My client based in the Queenslie area is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary but ongoing basis.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9 am till 5pm. Rate of pay is £8.00 per hour. The role will compromise both customer service and administration duties.
Daily responsibilities will include;
Liaising with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders
General administration support
Answering and logging calls from engineers on the system
Service management - dealing with bookings etc.
Previous experience within an administration role - preferably service admin experience
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stake holders
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
Excellent customer service skills
