Pertemps Recruitment currently require a temporary Administrator to join a leading manufacturer for the building sector, based in the Cumbernauld area.
This role is expected to last around 3 months or so, but could be extended further. Hours of work will be Mon-Thurs, 8.45am - 5pm, and Friday 8.45am - 4pm. Rate of pay will be £8.21 per hour.
Duties/responsibilities will include;
Keying in manufacturing specifications and order details into bespoke software
Printing and scanning of documents into software
First point of contact for customer calls
Filing and other ad-hoc admin duties
Previous administration experience
Excellent concentrations skills - high level of accuracy will be required
The ability to familiarise yourself with and adapt to new systems quickly
Experience of kitchen, bathroom or bedroom furniture production administration would be advantageous
Please note due to the location of the site, it would be beneficial if applicants had their own transport.
