We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in Aldridge. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation will support and training the right candidate to widen and build their skill sets.

The company are looking to invest in the right individual to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis, Offering a salary up to £8.75 per hour dependant on experience
The purpose of the role is to support the sales and customer service team with all aspects of the daily duties to enable smooth running and efficiently of the business

Duties include:

- Dealing with incoming customer calls and dealing with their request effectually and accordingly
- Upselling with any calls where appropriate
- loading orders onto bespoke system using Code and product naming
- Advising customers on products and dealing with any enquires
- Working with the team and supporting to completing tasks
- Completing general administration duties as and when required
- Maintaining relationships with key clients and following up when any requested instructions

The hours of work: Monday - Sunday, 6pm - 12:30am (Business is closed on Saturdays)

The role is 3/4 evenings a week, you will finish at 12.30pm so own transport would be ideal
