We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a successful container sales and hire company based in Aldridge. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering an immediate start and a salary of up to £19,000pa.
The purpose of the role is to work in conjunction with the sales department to ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with efficiently and to their conclusion.
Daily duties include:
. The accurate booking of containers using the units Bespoke computer system
· Monitoring movement of shipping containers
· Liaising with truck drivers face to face regarding deliveries
· Building relationships with shipping liners over the phone
- Marketing new sales promotions to clients as and when required
· Issuing job cards for deliveries
· Raising invoices
· Create and maintain spreadsheets
· Problem solving, such as tracking orders via
· General administration & housekeeping
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm. Suitable candidates will have worked as a Sales Administrator previously and have similar experience, a hire background would be advantageous.
