We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established company based in Walsall. You will be required to provide effective and efficient administration support while processing in coming orders.
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 08.30am – 17.00 or 09.00am – 17.30
• Work closely with the Planning Scheduler
• Take all incoming orders and load them onto the in-house system
• Taking calls from customers
• Check all details are accurate before submitting orders
• Liaise with other sites in regards to orders and stock
• Data entry
• Ensure all administration duties are performed to a high standard at all times
• Experience within a similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Have the ability to work on your own initiative
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Assertive with a positive can do attitude
