Job Details

Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operatives to provide a pro-active and comprehensive customer support service to client's and colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellence in Customer Service.

Daily Accountabilities
Handle incoming telephone calls from customers, ensuring calls are answered confidently, promptly and professionally.
Process orders and place orders.
Maintain a regular check on order progress and ensure that customers are kept fully informed of the status of their orders.
Update local systems ensuring that full details are maintained of contact with customers and relevant notes of any discussions.
Maintain customer service emails and ensure that responses are provided within a timely manner.
Liaise with other departments for issue resolution.
Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers and colleagues, developing positive relationships to ensure long term success.

The individual:
The individual should have gained experience in a customer service role.

Essential skills include:
Customer Service focus.
Organisational skills.
Communication skills,
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
Ability to integrate effectively into well-established team environments.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Positions are temporary till end of October and you must not have any pre-booked holidays in this period, hours are 9am to 5pm (1 hours unpaid break) 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
