Job Details

Currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator for our Corby client on a temporary contract until till the15th December 2017.

Main Responsibilities
Calling graduates to update records regarding memberships
Data cleansing
General Administration duties

Success Criteria
High level of customer satisfaction
CRM system and LMS are always accurate and up-to-date.
Correct versions of programme materials in use at all times
Positive feedback from delegates/consultants/colleagues
Highest standard of quality of all course materials and documentation achieved

Experience
Minimum 6 months in an environment working with customers
Ideal for newly qualified graduates due to process but this is not essential
Data inputting
Experience of working in an office

Education and Training
GCSE Maths & English Grade C or equivalent

Skills and Abilities
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Calm, friendly and unflustered
Work accurately with attention to detail
Can-do attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to use problem-solving skills
Basic MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Able to work to tight deadlines
Intermediate MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

Hours are 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch

Hourly rate of pay is £7.50 per hour
