Currently recruiting for a Customer Service team member with a strong work ethic to join the busy team on a temp to perm basis. You must have previous experience in a similar role, and used to dealing with clients via telephone. The successful candidate will have excellent I.T skills, including Word and Excel and happy to work within a busy team.
We require a professional, dedicated and team orientated person to work in our very busy Customer Services department, primarily processing customer purchase orders and ensuring their timely progression, providing the highest levels of service to our discerning Industrial customers and internal field sales teams.

Key duties will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing price and availability and order information as required
Using sound troubleshooting skills, deal with and resolve shipping issues
Processing orders and returns
Liaising with our Accounts Receivables department to resolve invoice queries
The hours of work are Monday to Friday flexi between 09.00-17.00.
