Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting for Client Liaison Executive to work as part of the customer service team providing support to the Companions Manager.
Job purpose
To deliver personal and team objectives in line with the wider aims and objectives of the department,
To be a credible ambassador and an excellent role model displaying the company's values and its professional code of conduct at all times,
To ensure that all resources are utilised effectively and responsibly, through a culture of continuous improvement which delivers value for money and quality service standards
To fulfil the key responsibilities of the job role in a professional manner adapting to changing circumstances and reprioritising accordingly.
To support the Companions Manager with the selection, recruitment, retention and deployment of Companions to ensure their engagement with the wider aims of the company.
Key responsibilities
To deliver the KPIs of the team in line with the wider aims and objectives of the department,
To monitor and measure the team's performance on a continuous basis.
To report progress against KPIs in line with the reporting procedures.

Customer Service
To ensure that lean principles are built into all activities.
To work collaboratively with peers and internal and external customers.
To Provided excellent customer service
Ensure all client details are entered and maintained correctly on the system.
To ensure that people are supervised, motivated and developed to achieve optimum performance.

Job Role
To coordinate and be responsible for the administration support in respect of the selection, recruitment and retention process for Companions
To coordinate all Digital Directory and Web pages
To coordinate the Companion Speaker Bureau
Act as first point of contact in respect of the maintenance and updating of the Customer Relationship Management System
Work with the Stakeholder and Engagement Managers to coordinate attendance at events, organise collateral and support in the delivering of the event
Work with the team to provide content for the monthly newsletters.
Attendance and minute taking at meetings as required e.g. Board of Companions, Companions Assessment Panel, staff team meetings and committees
To coordinate and be responsible for the Gold Medal Award nominations and judging process

The working hours are 9.00am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
