Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting for administrator for a 3 month fixed term contract.
To assist in providing excellent customer service You will be part of team that helps ensure an excellent experience for a wide range of internal CMI teams and external university partner contacts and their learners. You'll be working with our products and services, CRM systems and dealing with day to day enquires and tasks. Professionalism and a strong customer service ethic is a must.
To provide additional administrative support within the HE partnership department as required.
Administer sales leads, to agreed customer service standards
To liaise and support all CRM processes
Provide additional administrative support within the Department as required
Handle general enquiries, incoming calls and messages efficiently and effectively
Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained at all times,
The working hours are 9.00am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
