We are currently recruiting for a Part time customer advisors to join our growing team based in the Market Harborough and surrounding locations.
The main duties will be as follows:
Communicating with customers face to face and over the phone.
Ensuring smooth running of the office.
Handling any questions and queries customers may present.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be friendly and welcoming and have previously worked in a customer focusing environment. The candidate suitable for this role will need to be flexible throughout the week and will be given their rota on a weekly basis. A driving licence would be beneficial for this role.
The hours of work will be Monday - Saturday 09.00 -17:00 between 16-20 per week. Saturdays will be worked on a rotating basis. ( hours to be confirmed at the interview)
