Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting for a customer service member to join our clients expanding team based in Corby. Previous experience in a customer service and 3PL environment would be an advantage.
The main responsibilities will be:
Processing clients orders on bespoke systems
Printing off purchase orders
Ensuring delivery codes are correct and ready for dispatch
Communicating with drivers regarding deliveries and collections.
The ideal candidate will have experience with word, excel and outlook, be able to build and maintain client relationships, be able to process orders and understand the importance of attention to detail.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08.30am-5.00pm, overtime is available.
