Our client is a department of the University of Oxford, which furthers the University's objective of excellence in research, scholarship, and education by publishing worldwide.
Their extensive UK and export business is serviced from our Distribution Centre in Kettering (UK) where they have the following exciting opportunity to join them in this permanent role.
About the role
The successful candidate will join one of the five customer service teams. You will need to be proficient in handling a variety of customer contacts including orders, enquiries and digital support, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service within defined service levels.
This is a full time role (35 hours per week) working Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 hours to be agreed
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering great customer service
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Is comfortable talking to people over the phone, with the ability to easily build rapport with customers and internal colleagues
Has a positive attitude and an aptitude to learning systems and processes quickly
Is self-motivated, confident and organised
