Pertemps Kettering are recruiting on behalf of our client an immediately available receptionist to cover a busy switchboard.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide reception and switchboard cover
General administration duties: stationary, room bookings, holiday recording, post, attendance maintenance on Mitrefinch system.
Support to Catering staff
Essential qualifications and/or experience.
Previous Receptionist experience
Demonstrated administration support and experience
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organisational and prioritization skills
Ability to listen and understand multinational clients
Reasonable numeracy skills and application
Confident with Microsoft applications especially Word and Excel
Desirable qualifications, training and/or experience.
On-line telephony system
Mitrefinch time and attendance system
Equipment used in the job:
Microsoft word, excel, Mitrefinch software and hardware, switchboard software.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.15.
Hours pay rate is £9.42 per hour and you will be required to work a 37.5 hour week.
