Pertemps Kettering are recruiting for an internal Branch Administrator on a contract basis. This role is to support the branch function with the smooth processing of completing administration tasks as directed. It is office based within a recruitment & sales environment and you will be working as part of team in this varied and exciting role.

The role will involve:
Dealing with candidates face to face, via telephone and email.
Transferring data into the system
Providing ongoing support in line with the day to day needs of the business
Speaking to members of the public
Providing candidate and client support throughout
Filing and payroll
General assistance for consultants
Working hours will be 08:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. Part time flexible hours will also be considered.

Confident dealing with clients at various levels.
