We are looking for a highly focused customer service professional and administrator to join the UKs largest sewerage and water company.
The successful candidate will be dealing with all customers regarding potential buildover enquires and liasing with local authority departments and approved inspectors. You will manage calls and emails promtly and thoroughly to resolve queries first time.
You will be working collaboratively within an established team and across the business; you will have an exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders including customers and local authorities.
This role will involve:
Playing a role in the the process of consultations as part of H4 of Building Regulations.
Advising customers on the build over process/requirements.
Effectively contributing to the meeting of the teams overall performance and achievement of all targets.
Responding to internal and external customer requests for information, advice and guidance on technical matters and service delivery in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Prioritising work to deliver a good customer experience, being prepared to take decisions and be innovative in approach to improve customer satisfaction.
Receiving, taking ownership and managing appropriate on the day phone calls from customers.
Responding positively and promptly to requests for additional information to support other areas of the business.
Being effective and efficient in the use of company IT systems.
This role is based in Reading town centre. We are offering an hourly rate of £10.44 per hour to work a 36 hour week, 8-4 or 9-5 Monday to Friday. Any hours worked over the 36 hour mark will be classed as time and a half and any Sundays or Bank Holidays worked will class as double pay.
