Asset Data Imp. Lead- FTC

We are seeking an Asset Data Improvement Lead to work for the UK's largest water and Wastewater Company, on a 1-year fixed term basis to support our asset validation project. This role will be based at Hockford sewage treatment works, in Woking.

Supporting a defined geographical area, you're going to take ownership of and facilitate the reviews of the asset data on our wastewater sites engaging with the field teams.

This role focuses on validating the asset data which will allow cost efficient operations & maintenance of the asset base to minimise the whole life cost of asset ownership.

This role will involve:

Manage the schedule of sites that need to be reviewed; engage with operational teams and validate the existing asset data. Carry out a number of site based reviews in addition to desktop reviews.

Work with partners to ensure effective implementation of large volume data changes and ensure maintenance of data quality through rigorous change management.

Work with relevant stakeholders to define and plan data changes, complete the review template and validate the changes to prepare the data for input.

Providing advice and support about the asset and work data to assist in how we shape our approach to planning & delivering effective master data management.

Apply knowledge and expertise within Master Data Management to broader activities in the context of establishing best practice, policies and procedures.

Providing support to allow data providers to understand the importance of the data supplied on an ongoing basis.

Do you possess good Excel capabilities; and are comfortable with data manipulation?

We are seeking an individual with experience in Waste Water Treatment with the ability to work in a project environment. You will work well under pressure to strict deadlines, and have an analytical approach.
An ability to effectively build stakeholder relationships is essential, along with the ability to influence others to provide the information required meeting the project deadlines.
MS Access and SAP PM knowledge would be advantageous.
