An excellent opportunity to work for a Global Insurer based in London as a Customer Service Advisor
Purpose of this position is to Give advice for potential claims and answering customers queries by phone and email
£19,000 plus bonuses
You will have the following experience:
At least one year recent Contact/Call centre experience
In bound call customer service experience
Be able to work shifts rolling 5 days out of 7 including weekends when rostered
7 hrs per day shift patterns between 8am and 9pm
Pass a DBS check
Clearly spoken
Enjoy working in a team and deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential.
