Adjuster/Claims Executive


A leading specialist in the provision of Claims Management and Loss Adjusting Services situated in the City are looking to recruit a Adjuster/Claims Executive Administrator to support 4 Senior Loss Adjuster Executives within the Major/Highest Value Claims/Loss division. This client has the largest Major Loss team in the UK

This is a key/support role where you will need to have previous proven Insurance Claims/Loss Adjusting experience and you are working too or already have Cert CILA /Cert CII ( within the first year of working for this company you will be expected to qualify as dip CILA or equivalent

This excellent opportunity will enable you to work with high profile clients providing excellent customer service through prompt communication with their policyholders and other parties

Responsibilities will include:

- Maintenance of electronic files to a high auditable standard including preparation of claim and adjustment documentation
- Ensure case reviews take place
- Prepare draft fee calculations, invoices, update and payment reports and to assist with monthly billing
- Manage all incoming correspondence
- Partner with the Specialist Loss Adjusters and contribute to the network of professionals they work in
- Edit documentation from the companies digital resource

You need to be Pro-active and be able to work on your own initiative Excellent diary management experience ideally with minute taking
Excellent IT skills are required
