A leading professional services firm situated in the heart of the city have an excellent opportunity for a confident , personable, hardworking individual educated to A-Level or equivalent and have A-C grades in English and Maths GCSE or equivalent along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is an entry level role working with in a fast moving Creditors Services team.
You will provide a variety of administrative tasks to include:
Opening and stamping incoming post
Assist with the logging of all incoming cheques to the daily register
Assist with the preparation of mail merges
Input of new referrals and creating new case records using CRM
Re-formatting of Excel spreadsheets onto the system import
Deal with front line Reception duties, answering incoming calls, re-directing and taking messages where appropriate and acting as first point of contact for visitors
