About the Role
One of our leading clients currently have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Human Resources Manager to join and lead the team based in London E16. Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director, you will be responsible for implementing and advising on personnel strategies and policies across the Relocations Divisions and ensuring that all personnel processes are functioning effectively.
This is a highly visible management role so we are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional who can operate successfully at senior management level. You will be using your HR knowledge and well developed people management skills to enable you to support, advise and coach your stakeholders in order to ensure they are getting optimum performance from their people.
You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development including recruitment and selection policy and practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, compensation and benefits, employment contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development and performance management including appraisals. You will also liaise with other divisional HR Managers across the wider Restore Group to ensure consistent application of best practice is achieved wherever possible.
You will have a high degree of practical involvement and will also be involved in driving forward key people initiatives,
Candidates Attributes and Experience
You will be an experienced Human Resources Manager with sound commercial awareness and judgment and have the ability to prioritise according to the demands of a busy role. The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified, possess a 'can do' approach and have demonstrable hands on management and HR experience.
You will have a good level of financial acumen as well as experience of managing budgets and production of Ml reports and other metrics,
The successful candidate will be required to live within reasonable commuting distance of E16 although regular travelling is required to support business needs as and when needed.
