Front of House/Operations Coordinator
£20,000 - £27,000 ( Negotiable AAE)

Excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised , customer focused , outgoing individual to join this leading professional services company situated close to Liverpool Street Station

The Front of House/Operations Coordinator will have responsibility of providing excellent customer service/operational administrative support at all times.
Working alongside the Operations Manager and Operations team you will become involved in a busy and rewarding role

Responsibilities will include;

- Provide front of house reception support
- Meeting and greeting all clientele, issuing security passes
- Maintaining meeting room calendars and bookings
- Liaise with facilities re Health & Safety and maintenance issues
- Support new joiners and visitors to the office
- Schedule and confirm candidates interviews for consultants
- Prepare new joiner documents including contracts, process cv's and credit checks
- Assist and support with various projects
- Diary Management -organise client and internal meetings
- Manage travel arrangements-flights, train and hotel bookings
- Deal with a variety of administrative tasks
- This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual, you need to be self- motivated with excellent communication skills with lots of get up and go !
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate with the right experience
