A leading membership body that regulates and represents the creative arts industry is now looking to recruit a highly organised  PA to provide full PA/Support to the CEO.
You will  join their Central London team with a focus on extensive diary management, business administration and liaison with key stakeholders with Government and Media

Core responsibilities of the PA to CEO:

  • Diary/Inbox management
  • Complex travel planning
  • Business administration
  • Organising board meetings and taking minutes
  • Liaising with senior clients , board members and staff members
  • Working with the team, you will ensure seamless integration with the CEO's activities and meetings
  • Acting as the pivot of the team with an overview of everyone's key activities and work streams
  • Being the eyes and ears of the CEO

Person specification of the PA to CEO:
  • Solid PA/EA experience - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office packages and Apple Mac is essential
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities
  • Ability to implement new systems and processes
