Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join this rapidly expanding company who specialise in professional house cleaning situated close to Farringdon

This position would suit a Customer Service Executive who is looking to build on their career within a customer service environment

About the role

You will work in a fast moving, busy customer service team. Ideally you will previous contact centre/customer service experience will be fully utilised when
" Liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone and email
" You will deal with a wide range of issues-from making sure that every clean that goes ahead without a hitch
" Managing relationships with Housekeepers
" Ensure all customer queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise.
" Dealing with complaints , responding via email
" Organising, and take all bookings
" Confirm bookings with clients
" You will also get involved in various projects
" Take full ownerships of issues and empower to fix every issue , first time and every time
" Drive sales from potential customers and cross-sell and up-sell to customers

Key requirements for the role

" 3 years plus strong customer service experience
" Call Centre/Contact centre experience preferred
" Excellent grammar/written skills
" Highly organised and detailed orientated
" Strong problem solving skills
" Positive attitude
" Zendesk Experience ideal

This busy customer service role will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise.
(MUST HAVE 2 YEARS MINIMUM CUSTOMER SERVICE/CONTACT CENTRE EXPERIENCE) ALONG WITH EXCELLENTWRITTEN AND GRAMMAR SKILLS.
