Administrator - Temp £8.91 per hour - Colchester
Insurance group is seeking an experienced Administrator to support at their customer support team in Colchester.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 6 - 12 month period and will pay £8.91 per hour.
The Administrator will support with a back log of insurance policy administration and the transferring of policy and customer data on to new systems. Duties will include:
- Inputting data into Policy Administration System
- Manually creating customer documents
- Emailing customers with requested documentation and responding to general enquiries
- Monitoring/actioning customer inboxes
- Diary/workflow management
- Supporting with customer calls during busy periods
The ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous administration experience in an office environment
- Strong IT skills including MS Office applications and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Sound organisation skills; ability to perform tasks, prioritise work and confidently manage conflicting demands.
- Excellent communication and strong relationship building skills
- Sound attention to detail
