A growing and progressive IT services agency are looking for a hands-on Service Desk Team Leader to join their Telford-based team.
Possessing an excellent reputation and diverse client base, they are looking to expand their teams and the Service Desk Team Leader is vital to leading a team of 1st line engineers. Their duties include proactive maintenance and reactive support, and the Team Leader will be actively involved within the support function but will also be expected to ensure SLAs are met, that the support staff follow agreed standard operating procedures, provide guidance and support to the team members, and acting as the primary point of contact for escalations.
The ideal Service Desk Team Leader will have demonstrable experience of providing support across an environment which includes Windows desktops and servers, Office, Active Directory, and has previously operated within a lead or senior position.
