The Education Network are working alongside schools in Bradford who require support across their Maths department. Your role will be to work as a Teaching Assistant, which will embody a number of duties. You will be working alongside the class teachers, preparing for each lesson and ensuring that you're following direction.
Initiative is important in this role too. You will find yourself working with small groups of pupils, perhaps those who are struggling in Maths, and help them to understand the subject better. You may also be asked to work on a one to one basis with some pupils.
