£19,000 plus monthly commission (£49,000 OTE) AND quarterly bonus

Due to continued growth a major energy brokerage are seeking Senior Energy Sales Executives to join their team in Liverpool city centre. The main responsibilities of the role are to retain and acquire a strong client base through sales and excellent service in order to meet and exceed targets and ultimately, increase the profitability of the business. Hours of work are Monday to Friday during core office hours. On offer is a basic salary of £19,000 plus commission where earnings can exceed £45,000. There is also a quarterly performance bonus on offer for those who hit target.

The main duties of a Senior Energy Sales Executive are;

  • Build, develop and grow relationships with clients using a consultative sales approach to fully understand the clients requirements
  • Be proactive by researching and generating sales opportunities through business development
  • Manage the client journey effectively
  • Follow up on warm leads
  • Communicate with colleagues to maximise every sales opportunity
  • Ensure client paper work is correct and up to date
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of services and products available
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Ad-hoc administration duties

To be considered for the position you must;
  • Ideally you will have Energy Broker experience. However, those with a strong B2B sales background will also be considered
  • Have experience using consultative sales and working towards KPI's
  • Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be driven by nature and be motivated to succeed
