Job Details

We’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual who loves to achieve objectives and deliver tasks as part of a wider project. The project is coordinated by our Commercial Director, who manages our Procurement Function, and our Finance Business Partner who oversees our system database. The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders is required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collate and detailed product information from our suppliers
- Work with Procurement/Food team to rationalise the product data
- Categorise products and agree and amend a naming convention within the database
- Liaise with Food team to ensure recipe builds are on target
- Cleanse the current database in readiness for new build- units/users etc
- Articulate in both written and verbal communication
- Computer literate in MS office
- Experience of using hospitality systems 
- Ability to proactively drive initiatives forward, multi task, work well under pressure and use own initiative to achieve results
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a proactive and methodical approach to achieving objectives
