A well established and fast growing private and social housing provider are looking to recruit an experienced customer service professional to the team.
You will be responsible for ensuring all homes are handed over with exceptional standards to reduce defects post completion. You will provide accurate information to internal departments and customers through out the build process and oversee the resolution of defects on sites to deadline. You will undertake home demo's prior to completion and maintain contact and strong relationships with customers once they have moved in, to ensure any issues are resolved.
You will need to hold essential experience within the new homes sector and within a customer service or care role. Experience of dealing with defects and snagging is required along with knowledge of the build process.
This will be a fast paced and demanding role, that requires an organised and efficient individual who is able to work well under pressured and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining exceptional customer service through out.
You will be covering sites through out Devon & Cornwall and reporting to the Exeter office, travel is required.
