They have been successful in recent years running commercial maintenance contracts (commercial offices, schools, hospitals) throughout London/Home Counties and owing to fresh tender wins are seeking to add to their facilities maintenance administration team.
As Facilities Administrator can look forward to working within a stable company boasting low staff turnovers, friendly facilities administration team of five members, plenty of opportunities for progression with ‘contract management’ options available should you prove yourself as well as on going training ensuring that you reach your full potential.
As Facilities Administrator your main responsibility will be to support contracts managers/maintenance team with sub-contractor engagements, materials ordering for field engineers, invoice preparation, quptations, processing work/job orders and supplier management.
The ideal Facilities Administrator will have proven IT/Systems with MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint - made use of facilities maintenance administration tools as well as attitude and aptitude to fully embrace the considerable level if training that you will recieve.
