Contracts & Projects Manager
£42 - 55K dependent on experience, car or car allowance, bonus, 28 days including customary holidays
We are once proud to be assisting our client who are a long established air conditioning and refrigeration company to appoint a Contracts & Projects Manager based in their plush Essex based Head offices.
Being in their 40th year of trading the benefits for the right Contracts & Projects Manager include working within a stable company with a healthy financial turnover, choice projects spanning commercial, schools, healthcare, industrial and retail contracts, a strong engineering base with some 25 engineers, £15m annual turnover along with ample opportunities for further career progression.
As Contracts & Projects Manager your primary objective will be to ensure that air conditioning contracts ranging from singular installations to sizeable long term works are run according to programme and to successful project completion. Contract values range up to £2m and tend to be located in and around london and the Home Counties.
Further accountabilities include full reporting, working closely with stakeholders, scheduling and resourcing, budget/financial control as well as producing compliances including risk assessments and method statements.
The successful Contracts & Projects Manager will come from an air conditioning background with relevant technical qualifications/equivalent and will have demonstrable expertise showing profitability and programme strategy.
