Fresh off successful prior hires into this Mechanical and Electrical commercial team we have once again been entrusted to source an experienced Bid Manager based in their Essex headquarters.
As a company they have forged a stellar name for themselves supporting renowned main contractors with the successful project installation completion on national design and build projects across commercial, residential and retail sectors.
As Bid Manager you will represent a welcome addition to the existing team of 8 who are responsible for the bid process as well as coordinating commercial and technical submissions.
Further day to day tasks include overseeing pre qualification questionnaires, supplier questionnaires, tender submission, contract and collateral warranty reviews, Manage all marketing including redevelopment of the SEE website and advertising, site visits to take photos of project delivery progress.
The right Bid Manager will also be well versed in setting up bid response libraries and tender tool information with great functional usage of IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and in-house IT systems.
