Kent/London

£40 – 50k plus car/car allowance, 25 days annual leave, pension, healthcare

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to work in a small but progressive controls company (Trend System House) as the specialist BMS Project Manager with additional contract management and project engineering duties.

As a company they are some 35 headcount strong and have forged a very strong reputation in the market over 20 years supporting their client base with improvements to  new build projects as well as existing building  control system.

Package:

•             £40 - £50K Annual (salary dependant on experience)

•             Travel expenses paid (excluding to and from the office)

Role

As BMS Project Manager your main aim will be to will be required to manage BMS controls installation projects varying from £10,000 to £300,000 from start to finish.

Further day-to-day tasks include compiling the ‘Operation and Maintenance Manual’ on completion,

managing all financial aspects (applications, invoices and variations) including ordering

throughout the contract period.

 

You must have a full driving licence and live within the Southeast or London area.

You will be expected to work from the Kent office when not on site although there is

some flexibility when working from home is a more productive option.

 

A hands-on background in Trend BMS controls is essential

Most recent experience in Project Management specialising in Trend BMS is essential

Excellent written and verbal skills are essential

Trend software writing ability is desirable

Control panel design is desirable
