This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial services provider in Leeds as part of the CRM team and wider Customer Experience team.
The purpose of this role is to plan, develop and deliver targeted and segmented B2C email and direct mail campaigns through the company's CRM System. You'll be tasked with developing ideas and concepts for communications, gathering insights and presenting proposals, all whilst liaising with the wider marketing team to ensure that customer communication plans meet the initial objectives and are delivered on time. Interpreting data produced by the Insights team and producing case studies are also key aspects of the role.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful you'll need a minimum of 3 year's experience in a CRM role, ideally gained within a regulated industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working across both email and direct mail, however applications from candidates with an online or offline specialism will be considered. Financial services experience would be advantageous but not essential.
