This content marketing agency are based in impressive offices in Leeds and they work with a number of global brands and a growing number of SME consumer brands. They are a social first digital agency who pride themselves on helping their clients communicate stories that are entertaining, educational, inspiring and rewarding to interact with.
They have a brand new senior position for a UX Lead who can really handle themselves confidently in front of clients and wow them with your knowledge and UX expertise!
You'll be the face of UX for the agency in new business pitches, clients and internal stake holders. You'll define UI/UX processes, workflows, document templates and standards and compile accurate scoping and estimating of all UI/UX tasks and projects.
You'll be expected to brief the team from the copywriter, to designers, user interface designers, animators and front end developers. You'll manage the UI designers to bring your version to life.
What We're Looking For:
You'll have a strong background in planning and owning user experience design, turning strategic objectives into a tangible well considered web design, ready to be briefed into a build team.
You must have experience of leading UX design including managing project teams along with an appreciation of frontend build disciplines.
You'll have an exceptional portfolio of solutions that your UX leadership helped to shape and a strong understanding of atomic design principles would be an advantage.
