Exciting opportunity to join an award-winning financial services organisation in the heart of Leeds as a CRM Manager on a fixed term 12 month contract.
As part of the customer marketing team you'll be responsible for building. Optimising and managing CRM programmes in line with key commercial and customer objectives across acquisition, activation and retention. You'll look to develop their existing contact strategy, helping them to move from an email and SMS approach to a multi-channel strategy. As expected you'd also be required to measure and report back on all activity, providing recommendations for future development.
Managing the implementation of a new CRM system will be a key project so previous experience of a similar introduction would be advantageous, but not essential.
What We're Looking For:
You'll need to have hands on experience of working with marketing automation platforms such as IBM, Silverpop, Salesforce, Pardot or Marketo. To be successful you'll be used to implementing CRM solutions, ideally across multiple channels, including the use of dynamic content.
