Job Description: The main purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of customer and stakeholder research to help the business shapes its plans for the future. You'll write research briefs for agencies to work from and will provide insights to support the delivery of the business plan. What We're Looking For: To be considered you need to have experience of managing qualitative or quantitative projects, including statistical analysis (we're not looking for a field researcher but someone who has managed the projects). You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you've used the results of the research to deliver meaningful business insights. Experience of writing research briefs for agencies would be advantageous.
