We're looking for a Project Manager to join a highly reputable agency in York!
As Project Manager you will be working within the client services team and studio, creating and delivering project work plans to ensure all processes are followed correctly and jobs are delivered on time. You will need to work collaboratively and very closely with a number of internal (and external) contacts, building strong relationships.
This will include an understanding of creative projects - how long a job should take, project managing all the stages of the creative output and understanding what the end results should look like.
The agency work across various content projects and communications including brochures, events, marketing collateral and power point presentations. It will be your job to help track the work for each department within the agency and identify and resolve any potential resource conflicts to the department heads where necessary. You'll re-scope work for additional amends and changes to print costs to ensure profitability is maximised.
What We're Looking For:
You'll come from either an agency or in-house studio background and will have experience within a similar role. You will have strong experience of working with film and animation having worked in both production and creation. You'll be an excellent communicator, highly organised, a problem solver and an excellent planner with a strong understanding of the production process. Experience using Harvest (or similar) to track and bill projects would be beneficial!
