This agency have been established for many years and pride themselves on working with some top Blue Chip clients.

We have a one-off opportunity for an experienced Director of Creative Strategy to join their friendly team in West Yorkshire. This is a brand new position for the business and is a pivotal role to really drive the business and to fuel continued growth.

Job Description:

A proven Creative Director Strategist, you'll first and foremost be a ideas person who can come up with inspiring creative solutions across large scale print and digital campaigns.

You'll be visionary and have the enthusiasm and drive to always push the boundaries and come up with new ideation.

The creative team consists of Designers, Artworkers, Digital specialists and Motion Designers, who'll you'll lead and oversee to ensure the ideas are brought to life.


What we're looking for:

This is a key position in the business and they need to get this hire right for both the business and the candidate.

A friendly bunch, there are some strong characters in the team, so you must show enough gravitas to challenge opinions and briefs at Board level.

You'll be a strong leader, team player and have creative vision and the ability to see gaps in the market that can be implemented, constantly looking for new opportunities.

You could be from an agency or corporate business, already in a senior creative startegic position and ready for a new challenge.
