Payrate - £37.00

We are looking for an experienced children’s social worker (3+ years post-qualifying experience) to join our Fostering Kinship Assessment Service, where you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete Form C Assessments with expertise and professionalism.
Manage a diverse and complex caseload, maintaining a child-centered approach in all decisions and actions.
Utilize your experience and knowledge to recruit and assess foster carers, ensuring stable and supportive placements for children and young people.
Demonstrate strong understanding of fostering, particularly Kinship, with comprehensive knowledge of fostering regulations, legislation, statutory guidance, and processes.
Apply creativity, motivation, and passion to deliver excellent services and improve outcomes for children and families.
