Job Title: Commercial Catering Engineer/ Service engineer
Hours: 40 per week, door to door + overtime and call out
One of UK’s market leading company in the commercial catering equipment sells and services have an opening within the team. Due to continued growth and success an opportunity as arisen for the right individual to join the team covering the South West of England.
A time served, gas safe (ComCat) engineer is required: responsible for servicing, maintaining and attending emergency repairs to clients within the area. This specialist position that requires someone with experience of commercial catering equipment and that has the relevant certification to work on them. The clients you will be servicing are from a variety of sectors: Public, Leisure and Commercial, no each day is the same. The business is a growing one that offers plenty of over time, training, further professional development and realist career progression prospects.
This role would ideally suit an experienced engineer gas qualified engineer with the addition of electrical catering equipment and dish and glass washer experience. Microwave experience is not essential but would be advantageous. It is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a well ran, respectful and successful company. The right person for this role would be well rounded and knowledgeable, efficient in fault finding with a track record of a high first fix rate.
Essential minimum requirement:
- Service and repair
- Attending emergency break downs
- Field based position with door to door pay
- Call out rota of 1 in 4 with standby pay and call out rates of time and a half.
- Plenty of overtime available
Advantageous requirement but not essential:
- ComCat 1,3 & 5
- Commercial catering equipment experience
- Driving licence
- ComCat 2 & 4
- Laundry experience
