Service Desk Team Leader, Southampton
We are currently looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to join my well known client based in Southampton and overlook the 1st Line Support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a Team Lead position and looking to join an ambitious company that offer great training to get you up to speed and further options to progress in the future. This position is working on the shift patterns which is 4 days on 4 days off with 12 hour shifts.
The successful Service Desk Team Leader will have/be:
• A full understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• ITIL Certified.
• Strong customer service skills.
Also of Interest:
• Network qualifications.
• SQL experience.
• Previous team leader experience.
