My social housing client is urgently looking for a Business Systems Administrator for a 2 year fixed term contract position based in their HQ near Cardiff. The role covers both applications support (and managing 3rd party supplier relationships) as well as technical SQL querying and data analysis.
My client has an extensive portfolio of business applications requiring 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support. The postholder will ensure that these applications are secure, future proofed, resilient and fit for purpose. In addition, they will manage the relationships with the external application suppliers ensuring consistency of service, prompt response to change requests and adherence to SLA's. Support is provided working to ITIL standards.
Alongside this, the postholder will have a strong technical understanding of SQL to perform database queries, data analysis and some basic development. Experience with SQL scripting is required for this role.
