My local government client is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of projects in their Housing department. The duties of the role include managing the delivery of projects within cost, time, quality etc, identifying & managing risks and monitoring progress against project requirements. In addition, there is a requirement to manage multiple project workstreams, produce detailed reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of the housing department.
My client is looking for a Project Manager with in depth experience working within the housing sector and please ensure this industry experience is clearly demonstrated in your profile. Strong knowledge of professional, legislative & sector policies is required along with a strong track record of delivering large scale complex projects in the housing sector.
