An opportunity has arisen to work within an outstanding school in South Tyneside. The primary school is marked by its welcoming atmosphere and excellent resources.

We are looking for an exceptional Year 5 Primary School Teacher to teach KS2. You must be passionate about learning and committed to joining a hardworking and friendly team. Candidates should have a strong understanding of teaching and assessment within KS2.  The position is to cover a maternity leave and will be from January 2018 until December 2018.

The successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of the classroom learning and must be able to plan a bespoke curriculum which will excite, enthuse and motivate children to take ownership of their learning.

The ideal teacher for this role will:

-Possess strong behaviour and classroom management skills
