JOB TITLE: Plot Sales Locum

THE ROLE:
An immediately available Plot Sales Conveyancer is required to handle a caseload of plot sales matters for a national house builder. You will work independently on a large number of concurrent transactions, carrying out all of the research, registrations and transactional work required throughout the process. Starting as soon as possible you will be with the company for the whole of June, this may also be subject to extension. Providing that you have a minimum of three years experience in conveyancing no qualification is required.
THE CANDIDATE:
The employed Plot Sales Conveyancer will have no fewer than 3 years experience of handling a largely, of not purely, plot sales caseload. Exceptional organizational skills are essential. You will also have a proven ability complete the documentation relating to the sale and purchase of plots. To be considered for the role you must be able to immediately start a new position and commit to a role for at least a month.
