Desktop Support Analyst - 2nd/3rd Line (Windows, Office 365, ITIL) | £34k - £37k | London, UK
A leading insurance software and technology provider is seeking an experienced 2nd/3rd line Desktop Support Analyst to join their team in the City of London. The role will provide both internal and external desktop support to a range of Microsoft Windows users.
The role will involve working in both a phone based and face to face level with a range of users supporting them with all desktop issues. You will provide up to 3rd line support and your skills with span the full Microsoft technology stack.
To be considered for the Desktop support analyst role you will have:
- Strong Desktop and Service Management experience in an ITIL Environment
- Strong background in Windows and related MS technology stack (office 365, windows 10, etc)
- Strong Active Directory experience
- Experienced with hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Cisco telephony administration experience
Personally you will be a driven problem solver, with a track record of high delivery. You will be looking to progress your career quickly in a fast paced environment.
